Counseling on the Resources Catchment
- Through a new debt (e.g.: working capital or capex) and/or equity (partner participation)
- Identification and contact with investors
- Supporting our client in the preparation of documents necessary for the transaction closing
- Organization, coordination and follow-up of the capital raising process with potential investors and their advisers, according to a pre-defined schedule, until the transaction closing
- Report preparation and marketing presentation with the aim of attracting investors and address possible questions they may have
- Supporting potential legal advisors, auditors and / or other potential specialists involved in the capital raising process
