Celso is a senior partner with more than 25 years of experience on structured financing, M&A, capital market, financial market, banking and financial restructuring projects. Before creating the Infinity Finance Solutions, Celso was the Legal Vice President of one of the largest financial institutions in Latin America, responsible for being in charge of the legal department as well as the credit compliance and restructuring department. Regarding his prior professional experience, we can highlight the following positions he was in charge: Capital Market and Structured Financing Director of an investment Boutique specialized in the structuring of complex financial transactions. Capital market, banking, M&A areas Chief, and partner of one of the major law firms in Brazil. Legal Department Manager of a medium-size Investment Bank. He has also worked for some Trading Companies leaders on the Agribusiness Market in Brazil, as well as for a lead company on the Mining and Iron Sector, a lead company on the Photography Sector, an Audit Big Four Advisory company and an Agribusiness specialized law firm. Celso has graduated in Law by the FMU – Universidade Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He also holds a specialization on Banking Law and Capital Market by FGV – Getulio Vargas Foundation (GVLAW) in Sao Paulo, Brazil and International Law specialization by Lodz University, Poland, as well as a master´s degree on Company Law by Pontificia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC/RJ..
Jose Mauro is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in operating and financial restructuring projects, fund vehicles structuring, capital raising, merges and acquisition and project finance. Before founding Infinity Finance Solution, Jose Mauro was the lead partner of PwC Business Recovery Services and Debt & Capital Advisory practices in Brazil. He was also the lead Partner for the relationship with Sovereign Wealth Funds and Head of South East Asia Desk Prior to PwC, José Mauro was a Director at KPMG Structured Finance practice in Brazil and prior to that he was a Senior VP at the Investment Bank practices of Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento and Unibanco. José Mauro holds a degree in Telecomunications Engineering by Universidade Federal Fluminense, a post-graduation degree in Management at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (COPPEAD) and a masters degree - MBA in Finance by University of Michigan (Ross School of Business) – Michigan. José Mauro Braga is the current CFO of TMA Brasil (Turnaround Management Association of Brazil), having served in past terms as a Member of the Board and President of the Finance Committee.
Marcos Silveira has 30 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), General Manager, and M&A and Corporate Finance consultant. He holds an Engineering degree from ITA, is an accountant, and has an MBA in Administration. He has led several M&A transactions, economic and financial valuation work, sell-side preparation, roadshows, non-binding offers, due diligence, closing, price adjustment, and post-merger integration to capture synergies. He worked as a strategy and finance consultant at ACCENTURE, KPMG, and EY, participating in more than thirty-five projects for international and domestic companies, including post-merger integration projects in Utilities, Metallurgy and Mining, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, and Cosmetics. He also served as Head of M&A and DCM at QUIST INVESTIMENTOS, working on sell-side mandates across multiple sectors, and as Finance Director/CFO in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics companies, leading fundraising, corporate governance implementation, external audit coordination, and sale of control to a strategic investor.
